“Swachhathon” is a running event organized by Swatchha Andhra Corporation in association with Amaravati Runners as part of the “Vijayawada Utsav” in Dussehra festive atmosphere. Swachhathon celebrates both the spirit of fitness and the responsibility of cleanliness. Every runner becomes an ambassador of Swachh Bharat and carries forward the pledge of keeping our city beautiful , pollution free and sustainable.

• Half Marathon: Arrive @ 5:00 am, Starts @ 5:30 am
• 10K Run: Arrive @ 6:00 am, Starts @ 6:30 am
• 5K Run: Arrive @ 6:30 am, Starts @ 7:00 am

Timing Cut-Off:

• Half Marathon: 03 hrs 30 minutes
• 10Km: 02 hrs
• 5Km: 01 hr

Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

The Swachhathon is organized and managed by Amaravathi runners. By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: The Participant acknowledges that participating in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and illnesses. The Participant assumes all risks associated with participating in the Event.

2. Waiver of Liability: The Participant hereby waives and releases the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that the Participant may have arising from any damage, loss, or injury (including death) suffered by the Participant or any third party during the Event.

3. Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the Participant’s participation in the Event.

4. Photography and Videography: The Participant acknowledges that the Organizer may take photographs and videos during the Event, and grants the Organizer permission to use such photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes.

1. Cancellation or Postponement: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Organizer will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Participant.

2. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Process].
